Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Draft and review both international and local commercial agreements.
• Analyze and identify legal risks in company activities.
• Represent the company in litigation (court and arbitration) proceedings, if requested.
• Ensure agreements and permits align with business needs and comply with regulations.
• Identify potential legal and non-conformity risks.
• Understand trademark rights (hak merek), international law, and corporate legal matters.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (Master's preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department or the trading industry.
• Solid knowledge of commercial and corporate law.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Must hold a PERADI license.
