Scope of work (Departments / Sections handled):

• Assisting in preparing and executing various corporate action of the company
• Assisting conducting various legal research
• Assisting performing corporate secretarial tasks
• Assisting preparing commercial agreements
• Assisting overseeing and managing the contract management team
• Assisting conducting due diligence

Job description:

• Drafting various legal documents (e.g., corporate approvals, legal memorandum, commercial agreements, templates)
• Reviewing various legal documents (e.g., agreements, engagement letters)
• Monitoring and maintaining the completeness of company's corporate documents
• Conducting various legal research
• Performing various due diligence
• Reporting to the Head of Legal on a regular basis

Kualifikasi:

• Legal professional of 5-8 years of experience with mixed background as an in-house counsel and external lawyer
• Technical knowledge : Legal drafting and research, legal due diligence, land law
• Soft skills : Proficient in English (writing and speaking), good communicator
• Personalities required : Resilient, diligent, hard-working, adaptive, open to new challenges, can-do mentality
