Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Assist in the review and drafting of data protection policies and procedures or any other related administrative needs.
• Conduct legal research on data protection laws and regulations, both national and international.
• Support the development and implementation of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Record of Processing Activities (ROPA).
• Help monitor compliance with data protection regulations and identify potential risks or issues.
• Assist in the preparation of training materials and programs for employees on data protection and privacy practices.
• Provide support in responding to data subject access requests and other data protection inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments related to data security and data protection.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the legal team.

Kualifikasi:

• Undergraduate students, preferably in last semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from Law, IT, or any related major (Fresh Graduate are welcome).
• Strong interest in data protection, privacy law, and compliance.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills with ttention to detail.
• Has strong organizational skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
