Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Legal Research and Policy Development:

• Conduct legal research and assist in formulating company policies, both local and global.
• Keep up with new laws, amendments, and any legal news that could impact our operations.

Document Drafting and Review:

• Discuss and draft terms and conditions, and privacy policies for our application.
• Review and draft legal documents related to partnerships, including funders, organizers, collaborators, and external partners.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Inform stakeholders and ensure they understand the mechanics and processes of legal documents.
• Participate in discussions related to partnerships and the legal processes involved.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Document and organize partnership agreements and related legal documents.
• Ensure all legal documentation aligns with our strategic goals and compliance requirements.

Support Flagship Projects:

• Assist in the legal aspects of launching and managing Flagship Projects, including contract preparation and compliance checks.
• Support joint fundraising efforts by ensuring all legal agreements with sponsors and partners are properly executed.

Process Improvement:

• Contribute to making our legal processes more efficient and effective.
• Support the integration of AI tools to streamline legal research and documentation processes.

Kualifikasi:

• Undergraduate students of law or fresh graduates of law from any university;
• Understanding the business law and legal concepts, national and international;
• Critical thinking and meticulous eye for details;
• Good communication skills, written and verbal;
• English fluency is recommended;
• Proactive, initiative, and creative;
• Interest in community and social movement projects;
• Available to start at the end of August;
• Can be committed with 4-6 months with 30 hours/week of remote work experience;
• As our company operates fully remotely, you will need to demonstrate an ability to communicate and coordinate effectively through written and verbal communication channels;
• Complete any 3 challenges in the Campaign #ForABetterWorld app that reflects your personal social mission.
