Strategic Legal Support:

• Provide legal counsel on business development strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, and market expansion.
• Assess and address legal risks associated with new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.

Contract Management:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to business development activities, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with business units to customize contract terms and ensure legal protections are in place.

Stakeholder Liaison:

• Act as a bridge between legal and business development teams, ensuring seamless communication and integration of legal considerations into business strategies.
• Present legal perspectives and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders to support strategic decisions.

Market and Regulatory Analysis:

• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that could impact business development efforts.

Kualifikasi:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Law
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role with a focus on business development, corporate law, or commercial transactions.

• Strong understanding of business development principles, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansion.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and management.
