Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Support the projects related to new licensing with Bank Indonesia, OJK, Bappebti, or other applicable regulators
• Stay up-to-date with new and updates to current regulations, assess and interpret the impact on our business
• Review and/or recommend updating and improving the company systems and procedures
• Liaise with different stakeholders to drive the necessary changes to comply with the law and regulations
• Ensure all routine and adhoc reports to regulators are submitted accurately and in a timely manner
• Review and/or recommend updating and improving the Company policies, provisions, systems and procedures with the provisions of regulation and the prevailing laws and regulations.
• Provide day to day compliance and legal department

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law
• Minimum 2+ years experience in a compliance/risk management/audit function at a fintech or financial institution, or have been a legal counsel at a law firm
• Possesses previous experience liaising with financial authorities (OJK, BI, Bappebti)
• Familiarity with the rules governing at least one financial product (e-wallet, multiifinance, peer-to-peer lending, etc.)
• Well-organized and possess keen analytical abilities
