Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Monitoring performance of telemarketing/collection agents and scheduling for training and coaching session regularly
• Analyze call tracking from all agents to make sure the quality of the agent
• Identify the sales skill improvement for all telemarketing/collection agents
• Create daily work improvement plan
• Administrative Task related to Telemarketing Department

Kualifikasi:

Important and Essential Deciding Factor (Only candidate with this criteria will be considered):

1. CV is written in English.
2. Fluent in both oral and written English.
3. Possess a deep knowledge and experience about Telemarketing or Desk Collection.
4. Have the ability to train and coach people. You will be expected to train the Telemarketing or Collection team based on your knowledge and experience as stated in point 3.

General Criteria:

1. Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
2. Minimum 3 year working experience in Telemarketing
3. Experienced In Learning & Development in Telemarketing business Minimum 1 Year
4. Experienced in Telemarketing Business as agents or team leader
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills
6. Detail-oriented and positive attitude
7. Strong sense of responsibility and a team player
