- Experiment with ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation styles to create unique and high-quality offerings.
- Collaborate with the culinary team, marketing, and product development departments to conceptualize and execute innovative menu and product ideas.
- Develop and test prototypes, ensuring they meet quality standards, taste profiles, and cost targets.
- Refine and optimize recipes based on feedback from taste tests, market research, and performance data.
- Establish and maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new recipes and products.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of new products and make adjustments as needed to ensure success in the market.
- Develop cost-effective recipes and product formulations while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Analyze ingredient costs and sourcing options to optimize product profitability.
- Ensure new products are developed within budget constraints and meet financial objectives.
