QA Leadership:

• Build, mentor, and manage a QA team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment
• Define and execute the overall QA strategy, aligning it with company goals and product roadmaps
• Advocate for quality as an integral part of the development lifecycle, not just a final step

Test Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.)
• Prioritize testing efforts based on risk assessment and business impact
• Oversee the execution of manual and automated tests, ensuring thorough coverage
• Manage test environments and data, coordinating with relevant teams (development, DevOps, etc.)

Quality Assurance Process:

• Establish and maintain standardized QA processes, guidelines, and documentation
• Implement defect tracking and reporting systems, analyzing trends to improve product quality
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects, proposing preventive measures

Automation:

• Lead the development and maintenance of automated test suites, leveraging appropriate tools and frameworks
• Continuously evaluate and enhance test automation coverage and effectiveness

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to understand requirements and ensure testability
• Partner with customer support to gather feedback and address user-reported issues

Metrics and Reporting:

• Define and track key QA metrics (e.g., defect density, test coverage, test execution time)
• Prepare regular reports for stakeholders on QA progress, risks, and recommendations

Kualifikasi:

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience leading QA teams, preferably in a fast-paced startup or agile environment
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, both manual and automated

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Katalon, Selenium, Appium)
• Experience using Test Framework (Test Rail, X-Ray, Jira, etc.)
• Experience with different testing types (functional, regression, performance, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
