Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop and implement product content strategy to ensure product information are complete, updated and accurate
- Define guidelines and best practices for product content, including naming conventions, descriptions, images, and tags/keywords
- Continuously assess and improve content and creative processes, leveraging automation, best practices, and data insights to enhance team productivity and content quality
- Lead initiatives to improve product searchability on the platform by setting best practices for naming structure, keyword optimization, and effective use of labels
- Lead socialization and change management efforts related to new processes, tools and features to ensure smooth implementation
- Oversee the accurate and timely registration of new SKUs, ensuring all required information (product name, descriptions, images, keywords, grammation) is complete and aligned with standards
- Analyze data to optimize product descriptions, images, naming and keywords to increase conversion rates and customer engagement
- Provide creative direction for photoshoots, ensuring alignment with company brand and customer preferences
- Perform hands-on photo editing as needed, to ensure high standards of quality and customer appeal
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize impact on customer experience and sales
- Monitor and evaluate operational metrics, project status and team performance to ensure targets are met
- Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field from reputable universities
- Strong data acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve product content, design, and team efficiency
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, product content management, shop operation or a similar role within e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods industries
- Experience leading creative teams, including photo studios, with a strong focus on producing customer-centric and high-quality visuals
- Experience working with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and collaborating with creative teams or external designers
- Proven record in leading a team composed of 2-4 people
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar)
- Proficiency in Ms. Office preferably Ms. Excel & Powerpoint
