Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Identify, analyze, and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Develop and implement new processes that streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Ensure that all processes comply with quality standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards of operation.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and process optimization.
- Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Develop training programs to educate staff on new processes and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure proper implementation of process improvements.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying information and collaborating with team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement improvements.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proficient in process improvement tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure processes are followed accurately and improvements are implemented correctly.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop new solutions and improvements.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and new challenges.
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis software.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant technology platforms.
