Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously related to assortment, curation, campaign, and any new business needs.
• As the front face in any new projects related to assortment and business process excellence.
• Align with stakeholders for expectation, timeline, and progress of the projects.
• Proactively look for improvement areas based on the current and historical status.
• Improve past assortment project results based on feedback and analysis.
• Making sure a smooth handover process to portfolio managers for maintenance and review.
• Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience, preferable E-commerce/Retail.
• Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Proven successful in leading many projects.
• Drive to push through projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Adaptable to fast pace changes
• Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid business acumen by combining experience and skill.
