Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• ⁠To run all the Facility Preventative & maintenance for ASTRO operational facility within SLA, budget, company compliance and standard of quality.
• ⁠⁠To manage all the facilities of ASTRO to support day to day operational activity. 
• Proposing a preventative & maintenance plan based on actual & projection number of facility to management.
• Responsible for all maintenance & repairmen scope, from initiation stage, project specification, all asset/equipments. 
• Work within timeline, cost and standard of quality of the management. 
• Report any project progress to head of BOS and communicate any risks with further action/solution needed. 

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Civil or Project Management from Reputable University
• Experienced in end-to-end Vendor Management process
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Min. 3 years working experience in construction industry or property consultant or building management as Manager
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Expert in project management, maintenance building and asset management.
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Expert with Ms. office, AutoCAD, 3D software
• ⁠ ⁠⁠Certified HSSE & K3
