What You Will Do:

• Leading, orchestrating, and supervising data analysis and consulting projects across diverse industries from inception to culmination, assuming responsibility for issue resolution, planning, and project advancement tracking
• Executing advanced programming techniques, data visualization, and data analytics tools, formulating data analysis strategies to bolster business objectives, and conducting thorough analyses to detect trends, opportunities, and risks, compiling insightful reports for stakeholders
• Delivering and nurturing training and coaching in data analytics and business management, encompassing database utilization, analysis techniques, and crafting presentation files to develop team members, and ensuring team members have opportunities to gain valuable experience
• Comprehending the client's business and data management principles to furnish actionable insights, and contributing to narrative creation, analyses, and presentations based on conducted analyses
• Cultivating robust client relationships and delivering consulting services aligned with client needs and expectations.
• Offering business counsel and solutions based on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, contributing to innovation and organizational metamorphosis to enhance efficiency and competitive edge, and engaging in long-term strategy formulation, goal setting, resource allocation, and financial modeling

Kualifikasi:

Person We Are Looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field is required
• At least 2 years in a leadership role, and additional experience in a data consultancy company being advantageous
• Experience using data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and other data analysis platforms is necessary
• Strong interest in data mining, statistics, data analysis, programming, visualization, big data, and cloud solutions, along with a strong desire for continuous learning and development in this role, is expected
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, being detail-oriented, analytical, and possessing critical thinking skills are essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences, and excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of management and stakeholders, are required
• A proactive and positive mindset, a learning-oriented approach with a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt quickly to change and respond with flexibility are valued
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong project management and team development skills, and the ability to lead projects, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, is crucial
