Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
In this position, you'll be responsible for overseeing the commercial fulfilment team, addressing operational issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
Strategy
- Lead the commercial fulfillment team to achieve the business goals by providing direction, support, and motivation
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline PR to PO processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Perform data analysis to identify inefficiencies and drive strategic initiatives for process improvements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency within the commercial fulfillment team
- Strategize and execute end-to-end improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Lead socialization and change management efforts related to new processes, tools and features to ensure smooth implementation
BAU
- Oversee the daily operations of the commercial fulfilment team, ensuring timely and accurate PR to PO processing
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize impact on the fulfillment process
- Monitor and evaluate operational metrics, project status and team performance to ensure targets are met
- Facilitate alignment meetings to ensure a smooth and efficient project execution with multiple stakeholders
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and address any issues related to PO fulfillment
Managing Team
- Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.
Kualifikasi:
Education & Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from reputable universities
- In-depth understanding of business process optimization and continuous improvement principles
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategy, Operation Excellence or a similar role, with a proven track record in process efficiency and project management
- Demonstrated experience in leading process improvement initiatives and implementing process optimization strategies
- Preferably has experience in the E-commerce industry
- Proven record in leading a team composed of 2-4 people
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar
- Proficiency in Ms. Office preferably Ms. Excel & Powerpoint
