Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Develop and Manage Budget & Operating Plans for Business Initiatives
• Establish the key metrics measurement process to define the success level of every initiative
• Manage business performance through financial forecasting and actual performance analysis
• Identify opportunities to drive growth and prioritize them to maximize medium and long-term goals
• Provide valuable insights and direction based on data-driven decisions

Kualifikasi:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably majoring in Business/Economics/Finance/Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years working experience in business and financial analysis related field
• Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
• Enjoy working with numbers
• Strong and enthusiastic team player with a growth mindset and also a can-do attitude
• Basic/Intermediate data analysis skills using Excel or Google Spreadsheet
