- Develop and execute a comprehensive product assortment strategy that aligns with the brand’s vision and market positioning.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to curate a product mix that maximizes brand appeal and profitability.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive product assortment that supports brand objectives.
- Utilize data analytics to track product performance, market trends, and pricing effectiveness.
- Prepare and present reports on key metrics, including sales performance, pricing impact, and assortment effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategic decisions.
- Ensure that the product assortment and pricing strategies align with the brand’s positioning and market strategy.
- Develop and execute strategies to differentiate the brand in the marketplace and enhance brand equity.
- Monitor brand performance and make adjustments to strategies as needed to maintain competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Years of experience in brand management, product assortment, or pricing strategy within a retail or consumer goods environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
