Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Construct end-to-end KOL campaigns that support brand initiatives, objectives and KPIs.
- Manage communications and build relationships with KOLs and agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns.
- Selecting KOLs based on character, tonality and budget that match all qualifications.
- Monitoring KOL performance based on content performance and cost efficiency.
- Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Creating tailor-made briefs for each KOL project based on objective and distinct communication messages.
- Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables.
- Create a database of KOLs based on interest, age and location to support our BAU and initiative campaigns.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Media, or any related fields.
- Having a good and extensive networking with KOL/influencers/buzzer/communities.
- Minimum 2 years working experience as KOL Specialist.
- Creative and passionate about Digital Marketing.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner and ability to adapt.
- A knack for creativity.
- Team player who loves to interact with people.
- Savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and administration skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Great time management skills and attention to detail.
