Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Identify and evaluate potential KOLs who align with the brand’s values and target audience.
• Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with KOLs, ensuring clear deliverables and expectations.
• Coordinate content creation and distribution with KOLs to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in KOL management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build relationships with KOLs and media professionals.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in PR software and tools is a plus.
• Creative thinker with a proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities and solving problems.
