Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop & Implement Knowledge Base in CS
- Update new article relate to new Product/ Information
- Managing FaQ in App and any CS Channel in order to reduce inqury from customer
- Maintain and develop internal support and CS quality standards.
- Accompany evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedback
- Help improve performance with specific instructions and constant support
- Able to provide recomendation programs and activities
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Understand CS Process
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Commit and good dedication towards to work
- Able to operate microsoft office
- Able to monitor Quality performance
- Minimun experience 2 years in contact center or minimum 1 year in same field
- Good analytical thinking and analysis
