Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Monitor the performance of the outlets’ crews and determine the punishment/rewards accordingly.
- Collect feedback from respective outlets and liaise with the respective internal departments to resolve issues / optimise operational.
- Arrange the shift of the crew according to the demand patterns or special occasions.
- Support the Expansion team to set up and onboard the equipment into new outlets and do kitchen commissioning.
- Support the external brands operating their cloud kitchen outlets in our Hubs by functioning as helpdesk and liaising with the respective internal teams.
- Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Fully understanding of Kitchen operations, handling complaints, staff development, and customer relation.
- Deep knowledge in F&B management
- At least 2 years of experience as Kitchen Supervisor in the F&B industry.
- Have experience leading a team.
- Have warehouse management skills and knowledge of handling fresh products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Have F&B Management skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High mobility and ability to work mobile
- Able to make decisions under pressure
- Able to set targets and pass them down to team members and ensure their achievement.
- Have data analysis skills with excel, metabase, sheet, etc.
