Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple kitchen at our hubs.
- Develops, implements and enforces all kitchen standard operating procedures.
- Anticipates, identifies, and corrects any issues with inventory, systems, and staffing.
- Maintain effective communication and working relationship with the other parties.
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area.
- Assists in the implementation and management of kitchen policies and procedures throughout scheduled shift.
Kualifikasi:
- At least 5 years of experience in the F&B industry or franchise retail chains managing Kitchen or Restaurant.
- Familiar with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
- Familiar with Ms. Excel formulas, Google Slide, and strong analytical skills, able to derive actionable insights based on raw data gathered from our systems.
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proven leadership skills with background demonstrating exceptional level communication with key stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to actively seek and find solutions to problems.
- Work collaboratively and effectively with various departments, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders.
- A University degree in any field.
