Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing strong relationships with key account stakeholders, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiating and securing beneficial deals for both the company and clients.
  • Preparing detailed reports on account performance, sales data, and providing actionable insights.
  • Ensuring smooth workflow processes, from deal negotiation to contract execution.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs and market trends.
  • Proactively following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.

Kualifikasi:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Key Account Executive or in a similar role (Experience in the FMCG is preferred)
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
  4. Proven experience in preparing comprehensive and accurate reports related to account performance, sales, or market analysis.
  5. Solid understanding of business workflows, from initial deals to execution.
  6. Ability to read situations and determine the right moments to follow up with clients for optimal results.
  7. Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  8. Analytical skills and a good understanding of market trends and client behavior.
