Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing strong relationships with key account stakeholders, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Negotiating and securing beneficial deals for both the company and clients.
- Preparing detailed reports on account performance, sales data, and providing actionable insights.
- Ensuring smooth workflow processes, from deal negotiation to contract execution.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs and market trends.
- Proactively following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Key Account Executive or in a similar role (Experience in the FMCG is preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
- Proven experience in preparing comprehensive and accurate reports related to account performance, sales, or market analysis.
- Solid understanding of business workflows, from initial deals to execution.
- Ability to read situations and determine the right moments to follow up with clients for optimal results.
- Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Analytical skills and a good understanding of market trends and client behavior.
