Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Monitor and evaluate inbound performance based on the agreed SLA, such as those from distributors or principals and customer returns.
• Monitor and evaluate the stock opname’s performance in accordance with the agreed SLA.
• Provide operational data, which includes inbound, storage, and outbound data.
• Communicate constantly with management, staff, and vendors.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve operational issues or complaints on a daily basis.
• Maintain a positive work environment according to the company’s values and ensure that all team members are aligned.
• Maintain a professional demeanor when providing and receiving feedback.
• Ensure that operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
• Assist in the budget and operational finance control processes.
• Assist in the implementation of improvements.
