As a Junior ⁠Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing our team of exceptional English teachers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Talent Acquisition: Identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified English teachers through various channels.
• Hiring and Onboarding: Conducting interviews, extending offers, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
• HR Management: Overseeing teacher performance, payroll, and benefits administration.
• ⁠Employer Branding: Enhancing Englishvit's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and metrics.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, English Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the education or technology industry.
