As a Junior Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing our team of exceptional English teachers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition: Identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified English teachers through various channels.
- Hiring and Onboarding: Conducting interviews, extending offers, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- HR Management: Overseeing teacher performance, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Employer Branding: Enhancing Englishvit's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and metrics.
Kualifikasi:
Requirements
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, English Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the education or technology industry.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A passion for education and a commitment to excellence.
