Job descriptions:

• Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve our website rankings and organic traffic
• Assist in conducting keyword research and analysis, with a focus on the ERP software industry
• Help optimize website content, metadata, and structure under guidance from senior team members
• Create engaging, relevant content for our company blog and other media channels
• Learn to analyze basic content performance data and assist in preparing internal reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to various aspects of digital marketing
• Help monitor SEO performance metrics and contribute insights to the team
• Explore and learn to use AI technologies (e.g., Claude.ai, ChatGPT) to enhance content creation and optimization workflows

Kualifikasi:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with min. GPA of 3.00
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience with content writing or blogging
• Strong interest in SEO and digital marketing
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with good writing skills in both languages
• Willing to be full WFO in Jakarta (Sudirman)

Desirable Skills (not required, but a plus)

• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Basic understanding of the B2B software industry or interest in learning about ERP systems
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva)
