Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Lead Architect to join our team and play a crucial role in building blockchain solutions using the Proof of Authority (PoA) consensus algorithm on Cloud Services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL databases, Python programming, and developing Ethereum decentralized applications (DApps) with Solidity and Metamask wallet integration. Additionally, knowledge of cloud computing, networking, and security is essential.

Responsibilities are assigned on project or staging basis. (Non day-to-day business activities)

1. Blockchain Architecture and Development, including (a) Design, develop, and deploy blockchain solutions using the PoA consensus algorithm, (b) Architect secure and efficient smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain using Solidity, (c) Ensure robust and scalable blockchain architecture.
2. DApp Development, including (a) Lead the development and maintenance of Ethereum-based decentralized applications (DApps), (b) Integrate user interfaces with blockchain backends using web3.js or similar libraries, (c) Ensure secure interactions between DApps and Metamask wallets.
3. SQL Database Management, including (a) Design, implement, and manage SQL databases to support blockchain applications, (b) Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation, (c) Maintain the integrity, security, and scalability of SQL databases.
4. Python Programming, including (a) Develop backend services and scripts in Python to support blockchain and database operations, (b) Work on data processing and automation tasks using Python, (c) Integrate Python applications with blockchain networks and SQL databases.
5. AWS/Google/Azure Cloud Computing, including (a) Deploy and manage blockchain applications on cloud instances, (b) Utilize cloud services for networking, storage, and security to support blockchain solutions, (c) Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud-based systems.
6. Networking and Security, including (a) Implement networking configurations to support distributed blockchain applications, (b) Apply security best practices to protect blockchain applications and cloud infrastructure, (c) Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
7. Leadership and Collaboration, including (a) Lead and providing guidance and support as needed, (b) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers, (c) Contribute to project planning, timeline management, and documentation.

Kualifikasi:

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent and at least 3- 5 years experience of relevant IT experience is preferable.
• Certifications in blockchain technology, cloud computing, or cybersecurity are preferable.
• Internship or project experience in blockchain development.
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
• Experience in stakeholders, vendors, end-users and project management.
• Understanding Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and experience through full project lifecycles.
• Good communication (written and verbal) and people skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, highly organised and possessing an eye for detail;
• Ability to multi-task and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible, team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Excellent time management,
• Good understanding of Object-oriented programming (OOP) Languages eg. SQL, Java, C++, C#, Python, R, PHP, .NET, JavaScript, etc
• Familiarity with the AWS/Google/Azure Infrastructure, CMS platform (WordPress), Cloud Hosting, Microsoft Office 365 stack, Backup & Disaster Recovery Methodology Framework.
• Familiar with VLAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing and some ISP management & Networking topology.
• Experience with monitoring applications using Security and Performance System Tools.
• Proven experience in providing functional application support, focusing on resolving issues efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
