Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Design Creation: Assist in developing graphics for various projects, including marketing materials, social media content, website graphics, internal communications, and company presentations.
• Internal Company Needs: Design and produce internal materials such as ID cards, name cards, and other internal branding assets.
• Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet their needs.
• Concept Development: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help develop creative concepts for upcoming projects and campaigns.
• Revisions and Feedback: Implement feedback from the design team and other stakeholders to refine designs and ensure they meet project objectives.
• Asset Management: Maintain an organized library of design assets and ensure all files are properly labeled and stored for easy access.
• Learning and Growth: Stay updated on design trends and software developments, continuously improving skills and contributing fresh ideas to the team.
• Project Assistance: Support the design team in various tasks, including preparing files for print, resizing images, and creating mockups for presentations.

Kualifikasi:

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles and typography.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Good taste and strong skills in illustration, with the ability to create original graphics and visual elements.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Experience with 3D design (Blender), motion graphics (After Effects/Premiere), and photography is a plus.
