Job Responsibilities:
- Develop & Manage Performance Marketing Strategy: Create data-driven marketing plans to acquire new students for English courses across various digital channels.
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Manage, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (paid & organic) for lead generation and course enrollment, continually improving ROI.
- Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging content (e.g., blog posts, social media content, email marketing campaigns) to promote English courses and attract potential students.
- Competitor Analysis: Regularly research and analyze competitor marketing strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Reporting & Communication: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, analyze results, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi:
Qualifications:
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven track record of success in planning, executing, and analyzing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing).
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies to optimize marketing performance.
- Content Marketing: Ability to create compelling and informative content (written, visual) that resonates with the target audience and promotes English courses.
- English Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to craft engaging marketing materials and understand student needs.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Digital Marketing Certifications: Certifications in relevant marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads) are highly desirable.
- Experience with Analytics Tools: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance and measure ROI.
- Understanding of the EdTech Industry: Familiarity with the English language learning market and online course marketing strategies would be a plus.
