• Identify and enlist influencers and content creators whose values align with our brand and target demographic.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with affiliates, offering them the necessary support and resources for success.
• Monitor affiliate performance and analyse key metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and operational teams to facilitate product distribution and related processes.
• Stay updated of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to enhance our affiliate program continually.
• Deliver regular reports and insights on affiliate program performance.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms (MCN) and tracking tools is desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Creative thinker with proficient interpersonal and networking skills.
