• Point of Contact of the system for related business unit.
• Manage dependency and communication with stakeholders.
• Lead application development team and ensure effective working environment.
• Plan and execute projects, including improvement within the tribe.
• Manage and prioritize project pipeline and allocating team members effectively.
• Monitoring and evaluating project progress at each stage of the process.
• Regularly update to management about projects, plans and issues.
• Clear impediments/dependencies in projects to speed up progress.
• Resolve incidents and ensure system availability within agreed SLA.
• Resolve known problems and improve system stability.
• Monitor and prevent issues that can impact system availability.
• Manage and develop team members.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor/Master Degree from IT.
• 10 years of experience in system development.
• 3 years of experience in managerial position and lead big Teams.
• Excellent expertise in Managerial, Leadership, Communication, Java Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices Architecture, Flutter, Dart, ReactJS
