Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Monitor IT systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance
• Identify, analyze, report, and escalate issues promptly according to established protocols
• Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to ensure system health
• Document and log all activities, incidents, and resolutions accurately
• Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve issues and improve monitoring processes

Kualifikasi:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer, information technology, or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in IT system administration, fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• High level of discipline and the ability to perform repetitive tasks diligently
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work in a shift-based schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to WFO in Surabaya
