Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Provide timely and effective IT support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage on-site systems, ensuring uptime and performance optimization.
- Install, configure, and maintain technology equipment (computers, servers, networks, etc.).
- Oversee software licenses and user accounts management.
- Assist in the deployment and management of technology assets and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for both internal staff and operational technology (ride-hailing platforms, call centers, etc.).
- Support procurement efforts for IT equipment and services under the guidance of the Technology Operations Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology needs align with operational goals.
- Keep systems updated and secure by managing patches, updates, and security protocols.
Kualifikasi:
- Proven experience in IT support or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with IT infrastructure in fast-paced environments (e.g., ride-hailing, call centers).
- Familiarity with software license management and IT asset tracking.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
