Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Business as usual management of ICT ticketing system/s.
- Troubleshooting and providing solutions for assigned tickets.
- Setting up and configuring new desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones
- Providing support for various engineering software.
- End to end support of company environment including but not limited to:
- 1st and 2nd level support in a Windows Server 2012/2019, AD, Hyper-V environment, Office365 administration, Windows 10/11, laptop, desktop, mobile devices (iOS), Networking devices - routers, switches & firewalls, Desktop and Laptop hardware technology, Cloud and SaaS environments, ITSM Tools and Netsuite ERP
- Proactive monitoring of ICT infrastructure and cloud services
- Working on project implementations as directed by management
- Requesting and coordinating vendor support
- Other duties as required by Management.
Kualifikasi:
- Degree in IT or related/ min 4 years in IT Service Desk or System Administration experience supporting Windows networks
- Experience working with Microsoft Technologies – AD, Group Policy, Hyper -V
- Having knowledge of Ms Exchange, Office 365, Ms Azure and/or cloud services also CRM & ERP System
- Level 1,2, and 3 desktop support experience – Windows 10/11
- Supporting mobile devices including Android and iOS
- Network administration – Routers, Firewalls, and Switches
- Experience working with any Mobile Device Management (MDM) system
- Administration of Windows Server 2012 & 2019
- Good time management and problem solving
- Able to work in a team
