Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security and antivirus tools
• Ensuring SLA server
• Monitor log and check server health
• Maintain local network
• Running SOP for recovery system

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum associate degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience as IT support
• Understanding LAN network and the internet
• Understanding MySQL/Linux/PowerBuilder
• Able to build and manage websites
• Can handling virus and malware
• Knowing computer problems quickly and responsively (troubleshooting)
• Understanding server configuration
• Understanding firewall configuration
• Willing to work on shifts, which include weekends and public holidays
• Can join ASAP
