• Exposure to the ERP system will be beneficial.
• A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• 1 years of experience sales activity.
• High level of intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
• Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills, and pursue high-performance achievement.
• Strong communication skills, over the phone and face to face, and capable of managing professional sales presentations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles.
• Proven ability to collaborate with team members.
• Verbal and written English fluency.
• Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion.

Kualifikasi:

• Develop account plans for selected named accounts and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Participate and execute planning, strategy, and achievement of sales targets in allocated accounts, while developing future sales plans.
• Responsible for building and maintaining the sales pipeline and handle escalated customer complaints.
• Communicate with customers to exceed service agreement and customers expectations.
• Provide sales, technology, and business-related expertise, particularly in the relevant Industry.
• Establish contacts and build positive relationships/networks with senior-level decision-makers.
