Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
• Performing strategic analysis for the project
• Organizing schedules and timelines to ensure on-time completion with maximized values
• Guiding team and organization on how to use Scrum practices
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments to make sure the sprint goal is achieved
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Min. 1 year of working experience as IT Project Manager
• Knowledge of basic project management
• Excellent communication (written/verbal) and mentoring skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Fast learner and can learn independently
• Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment
• Experience in playing the Scrum Master role and/or using JIRA software is a plus
• Work location: West Jakarta
