Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Lead the charge: Manage and deliver IT projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets our high standards.
• Bridge the gap: You’ll bridge the gap between what clients want and what our team delivers, translating client needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Plan and execute: Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and coordinate tasks to keep projects on track.
• Stay on track: Keep projects on time and budget while identifying and managing risks and overcoming roadblocks.
• Keep everyone in the loop: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and any changes.
• Champion of change: Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing lessons learned.

Kualifikasi:

• 3-5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the consultancy industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Stellar problem-solving abilities and a knack for thinking on your feet. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make complex ideas simple and understandable.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in project management tools, like JIRA, etc.
• Experience working according to the Scrum methodology. 
• Attitude: Proactive, positive, and ready to face new challenges with a smile.
