- Familiar and able to work with these as mentioned below:
- Windows Server 2012/2016, AD, Hyper-V environment
- Office 365 administration
- Windows 7/8/10 desktop, mobile devices (iOS)
- Networking devices – routers, switches & firewalls
- Backup and anti-virus
- Hardware such as Desktop, Laptop, Printer & Fotocopy machine
- Cloud & SaaS environment
- ITSM Tools (Desktop Central and Service Desk Plus) & MDM
- Able to handle day to day responsiveness of IndoCAD’s Service Desk System
- Experienced in troubleshooting & providing solution for assigned tickets
- Proactive to carries out agreed operational procedures, including network configuration, installation and scheduled maintenance
- Providing ad-hoc support for various engineering software
Kualifikasi:
- Background in IT/3-5 years experience in similar industry
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, MS Exchange, Office 365. MS Azure/Cloud Services, CRM & ERP System
- Experience submitting Change Requests (CR) with successful User Acceptance Testing
- Good teamwork & time management
- Knowledge of a security framework such as ISO27001 well regarded.
