Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues
• Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions
• Getting involved and assisting in IT projects
• Build and maintain reports
• Follow IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to maintain data integrity and confidentiality

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's (S1) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (GPA min 3.0).
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
• Able to fully work from office (WFO) for 6 months (West Jakarta)
