Deskripsi Pekerjaan:Our Holding company, Triputra Visi Energi, specializing in energy is looking for IT Help Desk who will grow with&nbsp;us&nbsp;through:<ul><li>Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including network connectivity, software installation, and system configurations.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.</li><li>Follow IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to maintain data integrity and confidentiality</li></ul>Kualifikasi:<ul><li>Minimum Bachelor's (S1) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware.</li><li>Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional&nbsp;teams.</li></ul>
