Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Check API member constraints
2. Conduct manual flags
3. Manage Partnership API - Client (Followup integration, Key dev creation, key production creation, monitor client package problems, answer questions from client engineers)
4. Handle Partnership API - Expedition (OOC update, active Coverage)
5. Manage API documentation
6. Assist the webhook delivery process during SIT and UAT
7. Validate API integration that has been done by the client

Kualifikasi:

1. Minimum Fresh Graduation from IT major
2. Good understanding of the end to end process of an API partnership
3. Familiar with REST API tools such as Postman and Insomnia
4. Experience communicating with multiple teams/stakeholders from other departments
5. Good understanding of API integration troubleshooting
6. Understand the use of project management or issue tracking tools such as Jira
7. Ability to create and manage technical documentation
8. Understanding logistics business process will be a plus
