Deskripsi

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Maintain and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Provide technical support to company employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and operating systems.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and network security policies.
  • Oversee and ensure the continuity and security of company data through backup and recovery systems.
  • Coordinate with other teams to solve technical issues and improve IT system efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new IT projects.

Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum education of an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT Support or Tech Support positions.
  • Proficiency in Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Deep knowledge of computer networks (LAN, WAN, VPN) and network protocols.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware, servers, and network devices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
