Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Build and extend technical relationship with existing and potential customers
• Responsible for product acceptance testing and maintenance support
• Conduct thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex problems
• Architect solutions to meet customer requirements and technology best practices
• Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts to customers
• Partner with and assist sales team to qualify business customers for Business solutions aligned with organizational goals and KPIs
• Configure and optimize GPON equipment, including Optical Line Terminals (OLTs) and Optical Network Terminals (ONTs)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of GPON configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Kualifikasi:

MUST:

• Understand basic concept of GPON / XGSPON, Wireless Router, VLAN,TCP/IP, routing and SNMP, In-depth knowledge is a must.
• At least five years of work experience in GPON, FTTH and Wireless router
• Posses operational experience with most common used GPON in Telco / ISP market
• Familiar with common GPON technical issues and know how to find solution

PREFERRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or experience in a related field.
• Network Troubleshooting: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
• Product Testing: Experience in conducting product acceptance testing and ensuring quality standards.
• Technical Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and develop effective solutions.
• Solution Architecture: Ability to design and implement network solutions that meet customer needs and align with industry best practices.
