Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Assist in reaching out and monitoring the candidate's overall end-to-end recruitment experience
• Schedule the candidates for interview/examination and provide feedback as needed
• Coordinate with the Recruitment Team and Internal Stakeholders on a daily basis
• Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resource needs, sourcing activities, conducting assessments, and managing the referral process
• Assist the Recruitment Team as necessary and undertake other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time

Kualifikasi:

• A final-year student or a recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
• Having an intern recruiter with experience is advantageous
• Communicative and self-starter
• Desire to learn new things
• Willing to participate in a 3-month internship
