Job Description

• Accounts Receivable - Helping with processing invoices and receipts, as well as monitoring and reconciling accounts receivables
• Data Entry - inputting financial data into spreadsheets, bank reconciliation and making simple working papers (advance settlement)
• Data Distribution - Assisting the finance & accounting team to distribute the financial data / information to internal stakeholders, including department heads, managers, and team member, as their specific requirements and timelines.
• Administrative Support - Assisting the finance and accounting team, such as filing documents

Requirement:

• Final year student or fresh graduate in accounting, Finance or related major are welcome to apply
• Creativity, attention to detail and Quick to adapt
• Can Join ASAP
• Available for a minimum 3 month internship
• Having internship experience in a related field would be preferable
