Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Design Concept Development: Creating mood boards, sketches, and design proposals.
• Material and Furniture Selection: Choosing appropriate materials, furniture, fixtures and accessories.
• Budget Management: Ensuring projects stay within budgetary constraints.

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree Architecture, Interior Design or related fields.
• Able to use AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3DS max and any softwares to support drawing details both in 2D or 3D.
• Having a minimum 2 years experience as an Interior Designer. Experience in the FnB industry is a plus.
• Expert in reading work drawings and projects at the same time.
• Able to visit projects when the construction has started.
• Able to create functional, efficient and attractive spaces.
• Strong communication skill, discipline, excellent leadership and responsibility to their work projects.
• Having a great problem solving, both about the drawing or the project.
• Experts in reviewing RAB and BoQ, also can arrange the time schedule.
