Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Developing, implementing, supervising the company's compliance needs both related to privacy and other related laws and regulations such as in the financial services sector
• Assist companies in developing compliance analysis for business development to dealing with related governments

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum S1 from a Legal / IT Governance background or related to the role of Governance, Compliance, and / or Privacy-Management
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Legal Consultant, Multinational Company / Conglomerate Company, or related in the field of financial services, information technology and fintech
• Have experience in conducting privacy management (making work programs, policy making, assessment, monitoring)
• Have an understanding of the provisions related to financial jada and those related to Fintech issued, including OJK, Bank Indonesia, to Kominfo
• Have experience in the field of compliance both in making compliance analysis for internal company needs to communicating to government agencies
• Have good analytical and problem solving skills and can work in a team
