Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

The Instant Warehouse Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of our instant hubs, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This includes maintaining quality standards, managing inventory, and supervising the daily activities within the warehouse.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of instant hubs, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain and enforce quality standards to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory and orders.
• Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement effective inventory management practices.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operational workflows.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize warehouse operations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.

Kualifikasi:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse operations.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
