Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

As a Warehouse Operations Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations within our warehouse facility. You will be part of a fast-paced environment, contributing to the smooth running of our online grocery fulfillment process.

• Manage the daily operations (good receiving, inventory placement, accurate order picking, timely delivery, waste record) of instant hubs, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
• Responsible to implement warehouse operations SOP and working instruction
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues promptly
• Supervise Mitra/Daily Worker to deliver Sayurbox operating and quality standard by giving training and direct guidance on daily basis
• Assist in various warehouse tasks including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness
• Collaborate with logistics team to ensure on-time delivery
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all warehouse health and safety regulations

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Basic proficiency on Excel/Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management practices.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management
• Basic communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
